Reese’s Retreat is a wonderful playground nestled in the southeast corner of Brookside Park, just east of the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center.

Designed to be accessible for all ages, the space features a vast blue “ocean” with soft, easy-to-use flooring for users in wheelchairs or with mobility issues.

It boasts ramps, a cannonball climber, an eight-bay swing set, and sensory play structures like water and sand play areas.

The play area was created in collaboration with local organizations such as Pasadena Public Works, Accessibility and Disability Commission, and others, ensuring a well-rounded experience for children.
