What To Bring

• Valid ID (i.e. Drivers license or military ID) Social security card or proof of social security number If you’re not a US resident, you must bring a government ID or US visa For residents of Mexico, you must bring your valid Border Crossing card Proof of local residency (mail from the last 30 days, current lease, utility bill, etc)

Preparation Tips

• Before donating your plasma, make sure to: Drink 4 to 6 eight-ounce glasses of water, fruit juice, or other caffeine-free beverage at least 2 to 3 hours before donating Don’t drink alcohol 24 hours before you donate Avoid smoking for 2 to 3 hours before donating Eat a meal before coming in to donate Get a restful night of sleep
