What To Bring
• Valid ID (i.e. Drivers license or military ID) Social security card or proof of social security number Proof of local residency (mail from the last 30 days, current lease, utility bill, etc)
Preparation Tips
• Before donating your plasma, make sure to: Drink 4 to 6 eight-ounce glasses of water, fruit juice, or other caffeine-free beverage at least 2 to 3 hours before donating Don’t drink alcohol 24 hours before you donate Avoid smoking for 2 to 3 hours before donating Avoid strenuous activity 1 hour before donating Eat a meal with high protein and iron within 2 hours of your donation Get a restful night of sleep If you’re feeling sick, skip your donation as you must be in good health

• Your first donation may take 120 minutes because you need to pass a physical screening The second visit, and repeat visits, will typically take 90 minutes You can donate up to 2 times a week New donor loyalty program may be available Monthly incentives for return donors may be available
