What To Bring
• Valid ID (i.e. Drivers license or military ID) Social security card or proof of social security number Proof of your current address or residency (Drivers license that lists your current address, mail from the last 60 days, current lease, utility bill, etc)
Preparation Tips
• Before donating your plasma, make sure to: Drink 4 to 6 eight-ounce glasses of water, fruit juice, or other caffeine-free beverage at least 2 to 3 hours before donating Don’t drink alcohol 24 hours before you donate Avoid smoking for 2 to 3 hours before donating Avoid strenuous activity 1 hour before donating Eat a meal with high protein and iron within 2 hours of your donation Get a restful night of sleep Skip your donation if you’re feeling sick Write down all the medications you’re taking to make sure donating plasma is right for you

• Your first donation may take 2 hours due to the medical and physical screening Repeat visits will typically take 60-90 minutes You can donate up to 2 times a week Your payment comes in the form of a prepaid debit card
