April 2025 General Conference Summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds general conference every six months. The April 2025 sessions (April 5–6) were broadcast live from Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah. This recap highlights the key sermons, announcements, and spiritual messages delivered throughout the conference.

How Can I Watch or Listen Live?

All sessions were streamed live via the Church’s official broadcast page in over 80 languages. Additional platforms included the General Conference YouTube channel (14 languages), the Gospel Stream app (11 languages), the Gospel Library (80 languages), and others.

How Can I Prepare?

Members are encouraged to reflect on personal spiritual questions ahead of time. During the conference, they’re invited to listen for messages that speak directly to their hearts. This type of preparation deepens faith and strengthens their connection with God.

How Can I Watch or Listen Later?

Following the live event, all talks and music are made available in text, audio, and video formats through Gospel Library, Media Library, the General Conference YouTube channel, Gospel Stream, and Church magazines—accessible in up to 98 languages.

How Do I Attend a Session in Salt Lake City?

In the U.S. and Canada, tickets are distributed digitally through local stakes and districts. Stake leaders oversee the process and can help members with requests. Outside North America, members should contact their stake or district president to inquire about ticket availability.

Conference tickets also double as valid fare on UTA public transit for the duration of the event. Those seeking standby seating can line up outside the Tabernacle at least 90 minutes prior to their chosen session. Visit the Temple Square event guidelines for more information.
