Located near the waterfront at Mill Park, on Water Street, Augusta, and accessible via Canal Street, this popular spot provides a secure and enjoyable environment for your furry friend.

The park is conveniently situated near Key Bank on Berwick Road, offering ample free parking.

The Eastern Promenade Park area encompasses a significant portion of the Eastern Promenade, providing a robust off-leash experience.

It’s divided into sections catering to both larger and smaller dogs, ensuring everyone has a comfortable space to play.

The park’s opening hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

East End Beach Area – Designated Off-Leash Time Adjacent to the main park area is the East End Beach area, a designated public park where dogs are permitted to roam off-leash, subject to voice control.

This section is particularly popular and has specific hours for off-leash enjoyment: Memorial Day to Labor Day, before 9 a.m., and after 5 p.m., and after Labor Day to Memorial Day, 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.

The limit of dogs per person is three.

Turn onto Berwick Road (next to Key Bank) Berwick Road to Spring Hill Road.

Turn right onto Spring Hill Road, and go to the end. (For GPS, use 323 Berwick Road, Ogunquit).

The park operates daily from 7 a.m. to dusk.
