A: Puppies under four months old are prohibited from entering the dog park.

A: Female dogs in heat are prohibited from entering the dog park.

Park Rules & Regulations

A: Dogs must be leashed prior to and upon leaving the dog park. Gates must remain closed except when entering or exiting.
Q: What is my responsibility for cleaning up after my dog?
A: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their dogs. Failure to do so can result in a fine of up to $500 (City of Chicago Ordinance 7-12-420).
Q: Are there any restrictions on food or toys?
A: No food (human or dog food) is allowed inside the dog park. Owners or other responsible persons must have a DFA permit with them for each dog visiting the DFA.
Q: What should I do if I see another dog exhibiting aggressive behavior?
A: Report the behavior to a member of the Wiggly Field Advisory Council or a Park District representative immediately.
