Burns Park Dog Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas, offers two spacious 1-acre off-leash areas for your canine companion to enjoy.
Located within Burns Park, this dog park provides a fantastic recreational space for dogs and their owners.
The park’s expansive grounds are part of a larger recreational complex, boasting 17 soccer fields, 22 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, 3 basketball courts, and a softball complex – offering a diverse range of activities for the whole family.
Beyond the sports facilities, Burns Park Dog Park features 15 miles of natural surface trails and 6 miles of paved trails, perfect for walkers and hikers.
For water enthusiasts, there’s a Fishing Lake with a boat launch to the Arkansas River.
The park includes unique historic elements like a Covered Bridge, Union Pacific Caboose, and an Old Log Cabin, adding a touch of Southern charm.
An Archery Range is also available.
Please note that Funland Amusement Park, located within Burns Park, sustained extensive damage from a tornado on March 31, 2023, and is currently closed.
Recovery efforts are underway.
